Business Lighting was founded in 1997 by Dave & Jayne Bowring on their dining room table. The business started as a specialist lighting supplier to the food and drink manufacturing sector.

 In 2017 the business opened its trade counter making it more accessible to the public and also our growing trade customer base.

 May 2023 saw the business take another huge leap forward with Martin Eason & Justin Whitham taking over the business from Dave and Jayne. Between them Martin and Justin have over 30+ years experience in the sector and have both been with Business Lighting for a number of years. New investment and a drive to build on our existing base and develop new supplier and customer relationships means an exciting future for this growing business.

We now have two vans on the road to ensure our customers can plan their deliveries whilst allowing us to be flexible enough to deliver to customers for emergencies ensuring our clients never need leave site.

Over the past 26 years the business has grown into a fully independent electrical wholesaler with the added service of full lighting design and we can also offer a full supply and install service not just for lighting but electrical installation's as well.

Our customer base is very loyal with most having a trading history of 15 years plus.
