RETURNS POLICY

Before returning any goods for refund you must first obtain a returns reference by either calling us on 01179 629000 or email sales@businesslighting.co.uk, We will require your original invoice number.

PLEASE NOTE:
Goods are returned at the customers cost and risk. Goods must be returned to us in perfect condition in the original packaging, the packaging must be undamaged and unmarked and include any instructions, accessories or fixings if applicable, the goods must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
We aim to refund returns within 7-14 days from when we receive your returned goods. Any carriage charges incurred on your original delivery will not be refunded.

Reasons for non refunded items
If goods are returned without priory approval.
If goods are not in perfect re-saleable condition.
The packaging is marked or damaged.
Goods are returned or received back to us after 30 days.
If goods do not meet the refund criteria we will return them to you with a pre payable carriage charge.

Faulty Items
Please contact us as soon as you become aware that that the item has developed a fault. As long as the product is within the manufacturer's warranty period we will replace or refund the product as per the manufactures terms.
If after testing and inspection the goods prove not to be faulty or have been damaged by poor or incorrect installation a refund or replacement will be denied
Damaged Goods
If after testing and inspection the goods prove to be damaged by poor or incorrect installation a refund or replacement will be denied.
Deliveries must be checked immediately for damage, shortages or delivery errors which must be reported to us in writing within 24hrs of the delivery.
Claims for damaged goods, delivery shortages or errors will be denied if after 24hrs.
